Creating your life & business the way you want it to be is something most of us aspire to. Yet we can find this difficult to do.
As a success mindset coach a lot of my coaching work involves helping people to become clear and to connect to their vision from a heart space.
From my coaching experience, I have found one of the main reasons why people struggle with creating their desired life & business is because they are often so busy and distracted that they neglect to spend time on becoming clear on what they want their life & business to look like.
In this blog today I am going to share with you an amazing tool that you can use to help you get started on creating a life & business that you love.
Create the Life & Business You Love
Are you ready to create and vision in your life & business?
To begin to create the life & business you want, it is important to start by becoming clear on how you want your life & business to be and also how you want to feel on a day to day basis.
From this space you can then focus on creating these feelings within you every day and take consistent action steps towards those goals you say you want.
According to the law of attraction like attracts like and you create in your life the thoughts which you focus your attention on. So to create the life & business that you want it is important to focus your thoughts on what you want within your life.
This is where visioning comes in. Visioning helps you to become intentional with your thoughts and stay focused to help you to create the life & business that you want and a vision board helps you with this intentional focus.
A vision board creates a physical representation of your desires and you can look at the vision board daily to help you to visualise your ideal life & business and tap into the feelings you desire to feel from step 1.
Vision boards are an amazing goal setting tool and give you the creativity to let your dreams grow. They help you to get clear on what you want and create your ideal life & business.
Having a vision board can accelerate you in achieving your dreams, and can even expand your dreams so they are larger than they were before you began your vision board adventure.

How to create a powerful vision board
Creating a vision board is about tapping into your subconscious mind, accessing your true heart desires. From this space, you not only just create a vision board, but rather you create a power vision board that will pull you towards your vision.
STEP 1 to creating a powerful vision board
To create a powerful vision board you start by gaining some clarity on how you want your life to be and also how you want to feel.
Ask yourself –
How do you want to feel each day, what is your purpose or mission, how do you want to show up in life, what are your strongest traits?
What would you like to do with your time – travel, start a business, learn a language, marriage, kids, play the piano, etc?
What do you want to have – anything from a house on the beach, to free time, to a yoga studio, new clothes in a fab wardrobe, children, etc?
Let yourself dream big!
To help you further, I have created some questions for you to answer
Fast forward 1 year from you
What would you like to achieve that you would be super proud of?
What would you like to be doing with your days?
Where would you like to travel to?
Where would you like to live?
What would you like to have?
What would you like to experience?
How would you like to feel?
What brings you joy now?
List 5 positive words that describe you
STEP 2 to creating your powerful vision board
Once you have gone through these questions, you then select images, quotes and symbols that have meaning to you and which bring out feelings of joy, peace, love and happiness. Images, quotes and symbols that represent your dream life. You can collect these from magazines and images on the internet. Then you paste these onto a piece of card and here you have a complete and powerful vision board.
STEP 3 to creating your powerful vision board
Once you’ve completed your vision board, you then look at it regularly to align your brain with the outcomes that you most desire to attract into your life and business and vision what your life will look like and most importantly, how you will feel!
And it you are a law of attraction fan, from this space of clarity and visioning and with your vision board created, the universe is able to understand exactly what it is you want and can help you in co creating your ideal life desires.
