The Law of Attraction is one of many universal laws.
Before we move into teaching The Law of Attraction, it is important to first understand The Law of Vibration.
The Law of Vibration states that everything is energy and everything moves, nothing ever rests, but is rather in a constant state of movement.
This movement of energy is referred to as vibration. Each vibration moves at a certain rate or speed, which is known as the frequency.
We (humans) and everything else on this planet – solid, liquid, air, gas etc (from water, an animal, a tree, to a stone and your pen) are all moving (vibrating) at varying different frequencies (rate or speed), because we are all clusters of energy particles, atoms and molecules.
The difference between each and every object is the rate of vibration that it moves at.
EVERYTHING IS ENERGY
EVERYTHING IS CONSTANTLY MOVING
ENERGY IS VIBRATION
MOVEMENT / SPEED IS FREQUENCY
And the more solid and ‘stationary’ an object is (a table), the vibration is slower the speed (frequency) – Your body (always moving and changing cells) vibrating at a higher frequency.
Now, let’s link this to your thoughts and emotions. Our thoughts, emotions and feelings are also moving energy that vibrate at different frequencies and control the energy (vibration) of the body and our being.
The thoughts we think, impact the emotions and feelings we experience, which all impact the vibrational frequency (energy movement).
Why is this important to know?
The vibration you’re in (due to the thoughts you’re thinking and the emotions / feelings you’re experiencing) attracts into your life, your external experiences, and if you’re worried, sad or angry then you’re more likely to attract a lot of bad energy back that reinforces worry, sadness, anger.
And if like attracts like (which is the basis for the Law of Attraction) then our vibrations therefore control what we attract.
As Humans, we have the power to change our frequency and can change our emotional (feeling) experiences, as well as our external experiences, by intentionally changing the thoughts that we think.
When we change our thoughts, we alter our vibration and when we alter our vibration, we change our (external experience) reality.
