If you are struggling with kick starting your coaching business then this blog is for you. So settle down, get comfortable and keep on reading.
Did you know that the biggest reason that gorgeous coaches like you haven’t started their business yet is…
FEAR
This fear shows up as you not feeling ready. Thinking that you haven’t got all the business basics in place yet. That you don’t know how to attract your clients, where they will come from, or what you are going to charge for your coaching sessions and packages.
Resonate? If so, I want you to just take a deep breath and know that it’s all there, within you. This is your life’s purpose! and you can do this!
Here are 3 really simple but practical tips that will help you overcome this fear and change the narrative into something so positive.
1. Understand your offer
Is it individual coaching sessions or a group programme? Think about who you serve. Think about what best suits your personality, your available time, and what your audience wants.
2. Know the transformation
What are you going to do for these people? When they work with you, what amazing changes are going to take place.
3. Get the basics in order
Make sure that you have the space to work in, the right insurance for your business, and a spreadsheet set up for income and expenditure.
When you get these steps sorted, these 3 things are going to make such a big difference to that inner story. You’ll be able to look that fear in the eye and tell it “No, I can and I will”.
You really don’t need all your ducks in a row, all the Is dotted and the Ts crossed, and for everything to be perfect in order to take action. It’s about learning as you go. Being brave and stepping out of your comfort zone.
Once you do that with confidence, your business will start to flow. And I will be with you every step of the way to make sure that you have right tools to build the success that you deserve.
It’s so exciting!
With light and love
