Myers-Briggs Personality Assessment

The Myers-Briggs Personality Assessment is a widely used personality assessment tool that is based on the theories of Carl Jung.
It was developed by Katherine Briggs and her daughter Isabel Myers in the early 20th century. The assessment is based on the idea that individuals have different preferences in how they perceive the world, make decisions, and interact with others.

The Myers-Briggs assessment measures an individual’s preferences in four areas:

  1. Extraversion (E) vs. Introversion (I): This dimension measures whether an individual is energised by social interaction and external stimuli (extraversion) or by quiet reflection and internal stimuli (introversion).
  2. Sensing (S) vs. Intuition (N): This dimension measures how an individual prefers to gather information. Those who prefer sensing tend to rely on concrete, observable facts and details, while those who prefer intuition tend to rely on abstract concepts and patterns.
  3. Thinking (T) vs. Feeling (F): This dimension measures how an individual makes decisions. Those who prefer thinking tend to make decisions based on logic and objective analysis, while those who prefer feeling tend to make decisions based on personal values and subjective considerations.
  4. Judging (J) vs. Perceiving (P): This dimension measures how an individual approaches the outside world. Those who prefer judging tend to be structured, organised, and goal-oriented, while those who prefer perceiving tend to be flexible, adaptable, and open-ended.

The Myers-Briggs assessment provides a four-letter code that represents an individual’s personality type based on their preferences in each of these four dimensions. The assessment is often used in career counselling, team building, and personal development to help individuals better understand their strengths, weaknesses, and communication styles.

Positive Intelligence

Your mind is your best friend BUT it can also be your worst enemy. The thought patterns that you think, create feelings within you and impact how you respond / react / act.
When your mind is working in a lower vibration, you will experience what is termed as saboteurs – causing you stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, restlessness, unhappiness, sabotaging your performance, wellbeing, relationships, success, quality of life.

And to experience this is normal – it is human and happens to us all.
However, with awareness comes power, the power to stop these sabotagers negatively affecting the quality of your life.
This assessment explores your sabotagers – the voices in your head that tell you stories, which results in you feeling lower vibrational emotions and impact how you handle the challenges in everyday life.
